I love this picture, especially Mom's leg warmers. I remember going cross country skiing when vacationing in Adelboden using Oppi's skis, boots and poles. The skis were old wooden beasts but they did the job. About halfway through my adventure, I remember a local CC ski team blew past me. It was comprised of kids my age. After asessing their skill, gear, and disposition, I realized how funny I must of look, it was then when I decided to head back to the cabin :)

Becca and I had a great vacation. She took some pictures and then our batteries ran out. So that's all you really get. Most of the other pictures are of my sisters and me trying to sledboard. Yeah! My first Bohn family blog...hopefully I'll keep this up.

A Very Merry Bohn Christmas

Our first solo Christmas. We missed you all dreadfully, but I think we made out alright. Although we didn't wake up before noon, we still made sure to rummage up some oatmeal in before opening presents in front of a roaring fire (one at a time of course). We also managed to read The Lost Chord (at Becky Linford's on Christmas Eve) and sing a whole slew of Christmas songs (none in French though). We introduced some new traditions too... like bringing hoodies, gloves and ponchos to the homeless in D.C. It made for a nice end to a pretty good day.

Meme's Temple Work

Last Wednesday, Mom, Dad, Rebecca, Chris, Melissa, and I all went to the Provo Temple to begin the Temple work for Meme. I was able to baptize Rebecca in her name afterwhich Dad confirmed her a member of the Church. This is all of us looking quite dapper afterwards:

This is a great idea, if I can remember to log on once in a while. Hope the shower was fun--we were sad to miss it. We're so excited to be hosted by Michel and Melanie for Thanksgiving tomorrow. The boys are so excited to get to play Michel's video games (which is what Benjamin informed me we'd probably be doing most of the day). We'll be thinking of the Bohn-Moraths feasting in Orem.

So I've been thinking that it would be neat to have a site that everyone could access and post on with administrative rights. At the very least it'll give us a good opportunity to do what we do best... share pictures and make fun of one another.
